Cancellation Policy

Your right of cancellation as a consumer:
Consumers have a right of cancellation in accordance with the following provisions, whereby a consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that can predominantly not be attributed to their commercial or independent professional activity.

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us,

by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail) of your decision to cancel this contract.
You can use the attached sample cancellation form for this purpose, although this is not mandatory.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.

Consequences of cancellation:
If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this refund. We may refuse to refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us promptly and in any event no later than fourteen days from the date on which you notify us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods (currently €23 including VAT within Germany, €65 estimated within the EU). You only have to pay for any loss of value of the goods if this loss of value is due to handling by you which is not necessary to check the quality, properties and functioning of the goods.

Attention! The right of cancellation does not apply to the following contracts:

• Contracts for the delivery of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery.
• Contracts for the delivery of goods which are not prefabricated and for whose production an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive (e.g. ring size and stone setting) or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer (see engraving note).

Please avoid damage and contamination. The products must not have been used, modified, washed or otherwise manipulated. The seals must not have been damaged.

Please send the goods back to us in their original packaging with all accessories and packaging components if possible. If necessary, use protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please ensure that you use suitable packaging to ensure adequate protection against transport damage in order to avoid claims for damages due to inadequate packaging.

Please note that these modalities described are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.
