Please note that Atelier Marion Knorr may make changes to this website or remove parts of it at any time without liability to customers for such changes. Atelier Marion Knorr reserves the right to change these terms and conditions in the future without expressly notifying customers, and continued use of the website or placing orders after such changes will constitute your consent and agreement to such changes.
If you, as a customer, place an order through this website, you warrant that by placing the order:

1. Scope and provider
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed by consumers (Section 13 of the German Civil Code) via the online shop Atelier Marion Knorr, Eberhardstr. 27, 71634 Ludwigsburg, Germany. By placing your order, you agree to these terms and conditions
A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for a purpose that cannot be attributed to their commercial or independent professional activity.
2. Conclusion of contract
By placing the products in the online shop, we make a binding offer to conclude a contract for these items. The contract is concluded when you accept the offer for the goods in the shopping cart by clicking on the "buy / order with payment" button. Immediately after submitting the order, you will receive another confirmation by email.
3. Cancellation
Atelier Marion Knorr voluntarily grants you a right of cancellation: As a customer, you are hereby free to cancel an order within 24 hours without giving any reason. The amount of your order will be refunded using the method you chose for the purchase.
4. Prices
The prices stated on the product pages include statutory VAT and other price components and are exclusive of shipping costs.
5. Shipping costs
Delivery within Germany is free of shipping costs. For orders over €1,000, delivery to the EU is also free of shipping costs. There is also the option of picking up the goods on site at the studio.
6. Delivery conditions
6.1 Delivery within Germany and the EU is made by UPS or FedEx.
6.2 Unless otherwise stated in the offer, the delivery time is 3-7 days for stock items and 4-8 weeks for custom-made items.
7. Terms of payment
7.1 Payment can be made in advance, via PayPal, Applepay, Googlepay or instant bank transfer.
7.2 If you choose to pay in advance, we will give you our bank details in the order confirmation. The invoice amount must be transferred to our account within 5 days.
8. Cancellation
Consumers have a fourteen-day right of cancellation. You can find more information under Cancellation.
9. Returns
Atelier Marion Knorr accepts returns within fourteen days if the products have not been used, altered, washed or otherwise tampered with. Products must be returned in their original packaging and the seals must not have been damaged.
No products may be returned to Atelier Marion Knorr without the prior written consent of Atelier Marion Knorr. Returns are free of charge within Germany, for returns within the EU a return fee (shipping costs) applies.
10. Transport damage
10.1 If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please complain about such errors immediately to the deliverer and contact us as soon as possible ( +49-171-9565123 or shop@marion-knorr.de).
10.2 Failure to make a complaint or contact us has no consequences for your statutory warranty rights. However, you will help us to assert our own claims against the freight carrier or transport insurance.
11. Warranty
The statutory warranty rights apply to the items offered in our shop.
12. Liability
Atelier Marion Knorr endeavors to keep the information on this website as correct as possible, but we do not provide any express or implied guarantee for the accuracy of the information. We also do not provide any guarantee for matters related to the use of this website and you are responsible for ensuring that your own devices are protected from viruses or other external factors.
Your rights are protected by the Sale of Goods and Supply of Services Act 1980 and the Consumer Protection Act 2007 if you are a consumer. Your rights under applicable law remain unaffected by the contents of this website.
13. Final provisions
If any provision of these General Terms and Conditions is invalid, the remainder of the contract shall remain valid. The relevant statutory provisions shall apply in place of the invalid provision.
